Devin was working at a painting and landscaping company and was always at his dad's heels learning "handyman" skills when he was younger. Talk between the two became an idea to form a company that strived on great customer service for the elderly where projects needed completed, great workmanship and of course great pricing. The last time thru Carrol's route, D'Shane Services cards were dropped at his customers' houses. Devin was born in North Dakota, and raised there on a farm with his parents and older brother. He has also lived in Grand Junction, Pennsylvania, Denver and a few other places before landing in Cheyenne. Devin has been in Cheyenne for 12 years along with his wife, Vicki, of 7 years and their youngest daughter. With biological and children by marriage, he has his hands full with a total of 5, not counting the ones that have "adopted" Devin and his wife. The Black Hills of South Dakota mesmerizes him along with the Old West, ghost towns, four wheeling and a good game of blackjack. You may also know him as The Original Christmas Light Guy.
